TERMS, REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you change your mind or wish for any other reason to return an item, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
Items must not be intentionally used and then returned. If items are damaged, they must be from a manufacturing error rather than user error. If there is suspicion of foul play, we will not refund. For items that are not required, or not used, please send the item back for a full refund less original shipping cost and 20% handling charge, you as the buyer will be responsible for the return postage costs back to us.

We will deal with the complaint courteously and efficiently we will try our hardest to put things right. We may require you to return items or we might wish to arrange collection, in these circumstances the shipping costs will be met by us. If we are at fault, we will be the first to admit it and you will be offered a full refund, or if you prefer, replacement of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please put a note in the return package stating the reason for return. For example, No longer required, damaged item, Wrong size etc. and if you require a refund or replacement. Please provide original invoice or order proof.
We reserve the right to refuse service or product sale in the event of misuse of the website by customer, client, or public body. In the event of your custom, if there is an issue with the product/s ordered, then order cancellation may occur. We also reserve the right to refuse service under any reason.
Where you are buying a product from us, you will use your payment card to pay us directly for the product. We use secure payment methods on this website only.
When you place an order with us, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Please check your junk mailbox in case of no obvious receipt.
All orders are subject to availability, quality control and confirmation of the correct order price. Please don’t worry, if there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you, offer an alternative or cancel your order and refund any monies owed in full.
From time to time, we may give you discount codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products. You must enter the code at checkout! Terms and conditions do apply and we can revoke any discount at any time.

Doing any of these things may constitute a criminal offence, but they also get in the way of us giving our customers the best service possible, we will report any malicious activity (and all information about the people carrying it out) to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
